Notes
First and foremost,
keep in mind that there is no guarantee of any kind whatsoever, either
explicit or implied, and that RBA
is open source.
I have been using RBA
for several months and I think that everything works as it should … on
a Mac running OS X 10.4.11. I am being told that, under these
circumstances, there should be no problem on other platforms.
Nevertheless,
- If you need help with the LaTeX of the Contents Files, you
can contact
me and I should be able to help you one way or the other.
- If you need help with the functioning of one of
the Control Files, you can contact me
and I will try to help you but my understanding of how they work is
limited.
- If you need help with a mathematical
issue specific to RBA,
you can contact
me and I should be able to help you one way or the other,
Other than that, in general, if most unfortunately, there is just about
no support available on this
site.
- If you need help for running RBA on any other
platform, I am completely incompetent. But there ought to be
sites where you can get help. Suggestions?
- If you need help with a LaTeX issue beyond
that of the Contents
Files, I can try but I am not really qualified. However,
there are a number of lists dedicated to LaTeX.
This is of course where a forum would be rather
nice but someone else will have to create and manage it.
Suggestions, proposals and help are all more than welcome and can be sent to the
author.
